親愛的，我們現在要來處理的是，因失落情緒而引起的內心擾亂不安。
My dear, we are now going to address the inner disturbance and unease arising from feelings of loss.
「安寧的環境，有助於平息內心的擾亂不安。」
"A serene environment helps to calm inner disturbance and unease."
您可以來到一個，有人維護照顧的清淨寺院或教堂，
You may come to a pure temple or church that is well-maintained and cared for,
或是您想像自己，來到這個清淨的地方。
or you can simply imagine yourself arriving at such a pure place.
然後現在，就讓我們一起來用，最真摯的心，與及善念，
And now, let us together, with our most sincere heart and benevolent thoughts,
以此清淨之心，用來供養十方三世一切諸佛，
with this pure heart, offer homage to all Buddhas of the ten directions and three times,
及慈悲的觀世音菩薩，乃至天主或諸神；
as well as to the compassionate Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara, and even to God or all deities;
願此清淨的誠摯功德，影響到過往的親人，
May the merit of this pure and sincere offering impact our departed loved ones,
以此清淨的誠摯功德，影響到過往的親人。
with this pure and sincere offering,May impact our departed loved ones.
願他們可以到達他們想要去的地方，
May they reach the places they wish to go,
願他們不用為我而擔心。
without having to worry about me.
相信有觀世音菩薩的加被，
Believing in the blessings of Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara,
以及許多善友的支持，
and the support of many kind friends,
我一定能夠走出悲傷的情緒，
I will certainly be able to walk out of these sorrowful emotions,
再度獲得生命的重生。
and regain a rebirth of life.
或是，如果失落的是財物，願拾獲財物的新主人，可以歡喜自在，
Or, if what was lost was a material possession, may the new owner who found the item,experience joy and peace,
進而影響到他的家庭能夠平安圓滿，
further influencing their family to be safe and complete,
社會因此和諧無諍。
and society thus becomes harmonious and free from strife.
