放鬆全身的肌肉與神經。
Relax all the muscles and nerves throughout your entire body.
然後開放您的耳朵聽一聽自己的心情,聽一聽鼻頭上呼吸的進出。
Then, open your ears to listen to your inner feelings,listen to the in and out of your breath at the tip of your nose.
表示您的生命還在,並非完全的絕望;因此不須要擔心自己的未來。
This signifies that your life is still present,not entirely hopeless; therefore, there's no need to worry about your future.
事情該如何處理或尋求幫助的, 就緊快處理及尋求幫助。
For matters that need to be handled or require help,address them promptly and seek assistance.
應該讓我們這有限的生命裡, 發揮更大的功能, 幫助身邊及其他更多的人。
We should allow this finite life of ours to fulfill a greater purpose,helping those around us and many others.

我們的內心為何會產生焦躁不安,或是暴力傾向的原因。
Why our inner being generates feelings of restlessness,anxiety,or even violent tendencies.
在長久以來的習慣中,我們的心必須被填滿。
In our long-standing habits,our heart,our mind, must be filled.
它就像是沒有底的空井一樣,它必須被填滿快樂、幸福、讚美、榮耀,等等,如果不是,您就會用悲傷、恐懼、焦躁、暴力,等,來替代它。
It is like a bottomless empty well;it must be filled with joy, happiness, praise, glory, and so on.If not, you will substitute it with sadness, fear, anxiety, violence, and the like.
否則我們的心就會覺得是貧乏的、空虛的、乏味的。
Otherwise,our mind will feel impoverished,empty,and dull.
這就是我們為何要維持在,焦躁、暴力、自殘,的原因。
This is why we maintain states of anxiety,violence,or self-harm.
就像每天我們需要填飽肚子一樣,這時身體也會變得遲鈍。
Just as we need to fill our stomachs every day,our body can become sluggish then.
心也是一樣,被自己的妄想填滿而變得遲鈍。
The mind is the same;filled with its own delusions,it becomes dull.
