Alright, dear listeners, please find a comfortable position. Gently close your eyes, or let your gaze rest softly on a spot in front of you.
Let's bring our attention back to our breath, feeling the flow of each inhale and exhale.
Welcome to today's guidance, where we will explore the theme of "avoidance," especially as we learn to "face the pricks of life."
Some people's personalities are like a thorn, ready to prick you at any moment.
If you intentionally provoke them, or accidentally step on that thorn, you will experience pain.
And if you are in a group setting, such individuals can be very difficult to avoid.
It's much like having a physical ailment; even though it causes pain.
If your heart is willing to accept such suffering, and you can calmly experience it.
How the formation of suffering and its dissipation, this entire process, shifts back and forth between "balance and imbalance."
At the same time, observe your inner self; what is your mind's reaction to this suffering?
What are the proportions of "aversion and contentment" within you?
If you let go of the comparative mind that distinguishes between "aversion and contentment," "balance and imbalance," "suffering and non-suffering."
What then is the state of your mind? How does it feel? Is it peaceful or unpeaceful?
If it is peaceful, then extend this peace to any sensation.
Then very quickly, you will be able to slowly dissolve this suffering until it never arises again.
Even amidst numerous imperfections, your inner self remains serene and tranquil.
I am grateful for your presence here, and I wish you all happiness and fulfillment!
