Today's meditation theme is about "The emotion of aversion."
經常,我們會因為不滿當下,幸福、和樂的氣氛,或是財產被打擾,而產生不悅、甚至厭惡的情緒。
Often, we might feel displeasure, or even aversion, when our present happiness, harmonious atmosphere, or possessions are disturbed.
然而,我們所擁有的事物,經常變動不居,不容易預料,這是無法避免的實相。
However, the things we possess are constantly changing and unpredictable; this is an unavoidable reality.
如果生活與財產,已經被打擾了,那麼,就讓我們敞開心胸,迎接下一個驚喜吧!放不下、捨不得,只會讓自己悶悶不樂,徒自傷悲。
If your life and possessions have already been disturbed, then let us open our hearts and welcome the next surprise! Holding on and being reluctant to let go will only make you unhappy and needlessly sad.
我們就祝福這些陳舊往事,能有好的發展,向它們揮一揮手;重新拾起當下美好的每一刻,讓笑容再次綻放吧!
