Dear beloved friends, welcome to this moment of calm and meditation.
今天，我們將一同感受，關於「虛妄不實在」的智慧。
Today, we will together embrace the wisdom surrounding "Illusion, not real."
「直心是道場，直心是淨土」…
"A straight mind is the dojo, a straight mind is the pure land."
這兩句話，原出於古老的《維摩經》。
These two sentences originally come from the ancient Vimalakirti Sutra.
它們說明，菩薩們能夠念念都是直心，
They illustrate that Bodhisattvas are able to maintain a straight mind in every thought,
時時都是直心，
at all times,
因此，他們經常都在純粹的淨土之中；
and thus, they constantly reside within the pure land;
我們雖然沒有像菩薩那樣廣闊的心境，
Although we may not possess the same expansive state of mind as the Bodhisattvas,
可是，如果我們處事能夠正直，減少心中的虛妄不實，
if we can conduct ourselves with integrity in our affairs,reducing illusion and untruth within our hearts,
自然就會少一點牽掛，這樣，總是好的。
we will naturally have fewer worries,and that, is always beneficial.
應該擁有的，我們不需抗拒；
What should be rightfully ours, we need not resist;
不應該執著的，我們也不需非得到不可。
What should not be clung to, we need not insist on having.
如此，我們的心中，便會自然坦蕩，白天不會感到緊張，晚上也能睡得安穩熟甜，
In this way,our hearts will naturally be open and at ease,we won't feel anxious during the day,and we'll sleep soundly and sweetly at night.
這樣，不是很好嗎？
Isn't this a truly wonderful state?
