Welcome to this guided meditation. Please find a comfortable position, gently close your eyes, or lower your gaze, looking forward.
Let's begin with a deep breath.
If someone were to ask us: "Please specifically answer, what is your identity?"
"Which identity truly represents the real you?"
We might answer, "I am a child's father, a wife's husband, a grandfather's son, a driver, a master of the house, a media viewer, a store consumer, a pedestrian on the road, a citizen of the nation."
但是卻很難回答,哪一個才是真正的身份;
But it's very difficult to answer, "Which one is the true identity?"
Because these roles are constantly changing.
So, have we ever considered that the people, situations, and things that make us angry, their roles and positions are also constantly changing?
From a different perspective, perhaps they have already transformed into your great benefactors.
Farmers cultivate grains, food nourishes us,
And our thoughts and actions also directly and indirectly influence society.
If we view it from a holistic and objective perspective, all life forms are a community of mutual balance and assistance.
All are our great benefactors.
Therefore, we should respect and be kind to all, and not harbor hatred towards others.
If we hate others, and are unkind to them,
Isn't that akin to being unkind to ourselves, and to your benefactors?
Here, I give thanks to you,
Wishing you all happiness and fulfillment!
May your mind be at peace.
