The confusion within us often stems from ignorance.
Let us explore, why do we call them "emotions"?
Because they appear to arise "from nothing."
Previously, there were no specific conditions, yet suddenly they emerge now, and your emotions arise.
Thus, they are so "born from nothing."
Since they arise from nothing, they are phenomena born of illusion.
They have never truly existed, merely appearing as momentary illusions.
Therefore, the unchanging reality is: "What is born must die."
As the Buddha taught: "Whatever is of a nature to arise, all that is of a nature to cease."
For the greed, anger, delusion, and all suffering we cling to, are also "illusory phenomena" that we ourselves have created.
When you are able to clearly see this, the doubts within your mind and all afflictions will naturally dissolve.
Here, we are deeply grateful for your presence, and sincerely wish you abundant happiness and wholeness.
